doze: Adapt to S style

* Reference e7db7fc560

* Adapted and rewritten in Kt

* Use Theme.SubSettingsBase for theme
* Replace PreferenceActivity with CollapsingToolbarBaseActivity
* Add Titles to preference screen
* Remove onOptionsItemSelected and where neccessary move to activity
