Subash Abhinov Kasiviswanathan ef19130635 sm7250-common: init: Remove unused tcp property change actions ...

Remove the events triggered on the setting of
ro.data.large_tcp_window_size and sys.sysctl.tcp_adv_win_scale.

These events are no longer used and are also resulting in
unneccessary selinux denials.
