e7d79b3425 MotoActions: Import Oreo Settings layouts 
* These layouts are necessary for custom activities to inherit from
   (those that are integrated into Settings, which is the case of the
   several forms of DeviceSettings), in order to keep UI consistency.
   In Oreo, all Settings preferences and preference categories
   have a margin on the left, reserved for icons.

 * Place the layouts here, to avoid cluttering device trees
   (plain copy of Google's layouts from Settings app).

050a82ccae sanders: Build a 32 bit version of rild and fp service 
For now we're using 32 bits from stock, for both services. So use it until 64 bits blobs are ready

94115d2162 sanders: build a 32bit version of sensorservice 
system_server is currently responable of starting SensorService and
since it is a 64bit instance, system looks for 64bit sensorhal.
Disable this mechanism and manually start SensorService with a 32bit
copy of sensorservice to force the system using the 32bit HAL

This is based on vache's work on potter
