1abbac654c sanders: enable cpuidle during boot 
This is only used to keep cpuidle disabled during boot, which is
unnecessary and doesn't really improve boot times (but does incur a high
power cost).

bf70db56f2 sanders : time-services: Remove time_daemon rc definition
