Nolen Johnson 7278919e58 msm8953-common: Append vendor prefix to several properties 
* Needed after `LA.UM.9.2.r1-02700-SDMxx0.0` merge.

* Also remove duplicated vendor_fm_prop, as its now in
  qcom/sepolicy.
