sanders: Add dtv modules to fix dtv

- This will fix the no channel issue in dtv (on hmp based kernel)
- Kernel is compiling the module but that isn't being use by rom. This is a workaround to overcome that issue.
- Use this commit only with kernel which faild to deliver the dtv module.
