384ee62a2a avicii: overlay: Configure SQLite to operate in MEMORY mode 
This change yields considerable SQLite performance gains. It
should be generally safe as this device has irremovable battery.

Some OEMs have been doing this for years.

5a2761c2f8 sm8250-common: Move Bluetooth power overlays to sysprops 
* These were moved to sysprops in Android 13 [1] and while
   frameworks reads the values directly from power_profile.xml
   Bluetooth app reads from the properties.

ebffc31753 sm8250-common: overlay: Decouple display state from auto-suspend 
On stock, `config_powerDecoupleAutoSuspendModeFromDisplay` is set to
false. However, by leaving it set to false here, the device is unable to
enter deep sleep mode while Always-on Display is enabled. We will
deviate from stock by setting it to true here.

3a30eb7623 sm8250-common: overlay: Disable global mode and CDMA choices 
* Cleans up mobile network settings.

 * CAF already disables world mode in CarrierConfig
   which is the proper way to do it, so remove the
   overlay entierly since it's deprecated anyways.

instantnoodle is a contrarian that has a 90Hz display, so unfortunately,
we have to set the refresh rate and peak refresh rate values for each
device instead.

There's no point to keep using custom pref to set minimum refresh rate
when AOSP smooth display feature behaves in the exact same way in
our case.

75b21d1b22 sm8250-common: Update SurfaceFlinger pin on all targets 
This change replaces the '/system/lib64/libsurfaceflinger.so' pin, as
the file was removed in ag/12524602. The updated pin relies on
go/aog/1552085, as system_service needs read access to SurfaceFlinger.

Bug: 176197656
Test: adb shell dumpsys pinner (coral)
      - shows that /system/bin/surfaceflinger is successfully pinned
      adb logcat | grep PinnerService (coral)
      - no longer shows a file-not-found error in PinnerService
