sanders: LineageActions: Upgrade to Oreo Settings UI

* Attach to appropriate Settings pages
 * Hide divider lines to match Settings UI styles
 * Apply On/Off text on the switch bar toggle
 * Implement AOSP Settings preference layouts for indentation

 * Depends on android_packages_resources_devicesettings:
    "DeviceSettings: Import Oreo Settings layouts"
