Adarsh-MR 12f9dc03e3 sanders: update hostapd configs paths ...

* softap now expects hostapd configs in /data/vendor/wifi/hostapd
  during hotspot turn on, qsap_sdk copies these configs to
  /data/vendor/wifi/hostapd/
