75743d20d6 sanders: Remove PRODUCT_COMPATIBILITY_MATRIX_LEVEL_OVERRIDE 
Replace it with FCM Version = 1, specified explicitly
in device manifest.

50cf0363d1 sanders: HIDL: Add new IOP hal 
IIop (uses HwBinder) HAL service provides IOP services during app
launch. Default implemetation is 1.0 version.
