sanders: update hostapd configs paths
* softap now expects hostapd configs in /data/vendor/wifi/hostapd during hotspot turn on, qsap_sdk copies these configs to /data/vendor/wifi/hostapd/ Signed-off-by: Adarsh-MR <adarshmr1998@gmail.com>
