This is done in case sending MODULE_DOWN_IND fails on wlan.0 interface. It can happen in newer driver when there is NO wlan0 interface and bt module will not get the message to stop communicating with wlan driver. Change-Id: Ic828a8bf917d5bf67aa4d02e153fb54d656d0bc4
