OutlineUser gains language + preferences fields, new updateUserLanguage/ updateUserPreferences/deleteAccount client methods. Preference wire keys are best-effort against Outline's own naming, same speculative treatment as OutlinePin/OutlineDocumentMember — expect a correction round once tested against a live server.
